Sportive Preparation with Robin Brew

Tavistock Wheelers are pleased to inform you that we have arranged a talk by Robin Brew, International Triathlete Coach, Director of Swimming at Kelly College, former International Swimmer and Triathlete, accomplished Cycle Time Trial and Sportive performer and Tavi Wheelers member on “Sportive Preparation”.

The talk will be focussed on those who have yet to do a Sportive or maybe have done one or two and want to improve. However it is likely to be of interest or use to all our members- it will cover issues such as bike set up, hydration, and so on. The talk is free to all, though donations will be sought for tea and cake provided. Further details will be sent out in due course- but put it in your diary.
